If you require electric for your stand this must be ordered in advance. This can be done via the Exhibitor Application Form or by contacting David Gibson: david.gibson@thegamefair.org 

ALL Exhibitors requiring electrics will be required to provide their own 16amp to 13amp adaptors. 

Every Exhibitor that books a Shedding unit will automatically have wooden flooring and a 16amp electrical supply.  

Please note the organiser has the right to add on a surcharge for any electrics ordered on site and any last-minute orders or changes. 

We aim to have power available from approximately mid-day on Thursday 4 July – please be patient! Trade stand holders are not permitted to run their own generators unless they have prior written permission.

Furniture can be hired for the Scottish Game Fair directly from Gordons Cater Hire who will deliver your order directly to your stand on Thursday 4 July 2024.

We offer exhibitor camping on site with a number of pitches also offering electric hook-ups. All Pitches must be booked in advance and pass displayed at all times. Please use this link to book your camping pitch: https://stableevents.yourticketpurchase.com/p/SGFExhibitors2024

Exhibitors booking on-site camping will have access to showers and toilets. 

Water points connected to the public mains water supply are provided at various locations within the Scottish Game Fair site providing drinkable water. 

Showers and toilets are available opposite the public catering area; we hope to have one set open from mid-day Tuesday 2nd July. All other facilities will be available from mid-day on Wednesday 3rd July until mid-day Monday 8th July. 

The Scottish Game Fair has security on site and at all entrances. All thefts and disturbances must be reported to the Information Office or the Security Team Office.  (Located at River gate).  

Please note the Scottish Game Fair provides 24hour security around the site with this service being provided by Safe-Tay Security. 

Please note we do not allow any other Security Contractor on site other than our official contractors. Any Security Company found on site that is not an official contractor will be asked to leave.
