Exhibitors are entitled to an allocation of entry passes at no additional charge. The number of entry passes is calculated on the size of the stand frontage. If you have any questions, please contact traders@scottishfair.com.

We do not sell additional vehicle passes.
Vehicle passes are issued on the following scale:
Up to 6m frontage – 2 passes
Up to 12m frontage – 3 passes
Over 15m frontage – 4 passes

If you are driving around site, please drive under the speed limit of 10mph. You must display the correct vehicle pass, at all times.
All vehicles should be removed from front of stands and parked in designated car parks on site before 8am on each day of the Fair. There is strictly NO movement of vehicles on site between 8am and 6pm.
No vehicle will be permitted to enter the Fair Site after 8.00am on Fair days. Any vehicle arriving after this time will be directed to the Public Car Park.
We offer exhibitor camping on site with a number of pitches also offering electric hook-ups. All Pitches must be booked in advance and pass displayed at all times. Please use this link to book your camping pitch: https://stableevents.yourticketpurchase.com/p/SGFExhibitors2024
Exhibitors booking on-site camping will have access to showers and toilets.
