Seidear is crafting Champagne Method Cider using heritage apples grown and hand-picked from the walled gardens of some of Scotland's most iconic castles, from  Haddo, Fraser, Fyvie, and others.
Seidear has won national and international awards, most recently the Scottish Excellence Award. This is not cider, this is Seidear.
