Access to Site

Outside space Exhibitors can arrive from 1pm on Tuesday 2nd July and from 9am on Wednesday 3rd and Thursday 4th July to gain access to the event site for setup.

Food Hall and Craft and Design Fair Exhibitors can access the site from 9am on both Wednesday 3rd and Thursday 4th July.

If you require to be in place before this, please contact info@scottishfair.com.

Please try to keep off the grass and stick to driving on the hard roads and tracks – especially avoid fronts of stands in times of wet weather – remember the public need to walk here to get access to your stand! If you need help to carry things our site staff will be happy to help where they can.

Only those traders with adequate space on or behind their stand may keep vehicles on their pitches and those that are unable to do this must remove vehicles to the trade stand car parks by 8:00am each morning of the Fair. These car parks are situated by the river beyond Fisherman’s Row and behind Gunmaker’s Row or outside the Fair site at the Palace Gate. There will be NO movement of vehicles on site during Fair days between 8am and 6pm so if you may need to leave during these hours please ensure you park in the car park outside the Palace Gate entrance or in the general public car parks.

The Fair is open to the public from 9.00 am to 6.00pm on each of the 3 days of the event. Exhibitors can access the Site from 7.00am on all 3 of these days. Please note: no vehicle will be permitted to enter the Fair Site after 8.00am on Fair days. Any vehicle arriving after this time will be directed to the Public Car Park.

THERE IS STRICTLY NO MOVEMENT OF VEHICLES WITHIN THE FAIR SITE FROM 8AM ON EACH OF THE FAIR DAYS.
